The CS Montreal Group is a not-for-profit community for professionals that lead, manage, and deliver Customer Success services in Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) organizations. These individuals have various titles: Chief Customer Officer, Customer Success Manager, Technical Account Manager, Account Manager, Business Development Manager, Customer Experience Manager, Customer Expert, Customer Coach, Customer Advocate, Customer Care Specialist, etc.
We focus on organizing purpose driven events in Montreal and surroundings that include Customer Success value added topics that present the current business landscape by experienced and subject matter expert speakers that are looking to share their knowledge, experience and give back to the community, in open and casual settings that allows purpose and intentionally professional networking opportunities.
